It’s quite a challenge they charge 2 times for one night and no the hotel nor booking is giving the money back. I paid 243€ twice! For that money a place understaffed and in the middle of nowhere I truly recommend no to go there..

La Toya tried to fix the problems to make our stay pleasant. The room was also very clean and up to Radisson's normal standard. The shower and hot water was excellent (except for the crack in the toilet ) The view was wonderful, we were on the 10th floor. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job!
